Every set is made for you, so here's how we make it right when it isn't.

Not you? If your headshots don't look like you, tap "These don't look like me" on your order page within 7 days of delivery. We make a whole new set for free, usually within 15 minutes.

Still not right? Write to support@spruceshot.com within 14 days of your order with your order number, and we refund you in full.

We couldn't deliver: if something fails on our side and your headshots aren't delivered, we refund you in full automatically.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 business days.
